Established in 1974 the Dayton Dumb Bassers have a long standing tradition of Bass fishing,
sportsmanship, camaraderie, giving to the community, and Good Ole Fashion Fun.

The Dumb Bassers are a goup of individuals that like to get together and do what they all have in common, fish bass tournaments and talk about fishing bass tournaments.

ARE YOU LOOKING TO JOIN A CLUB?
We are currently seeking new members, both boat owners (boaters) and Non-boat owners (Non-boaters).

It doesn't matter if your a seasoned tournament angler or just someone starting out and wanting to try bass tournaments, this could be the club for you.

Partners get drawn during the monthly meeting before each tournament.

You and your partner discuss how you will fish the tournament and what gear to bring, lures etc...

At the monthly meeting following the tournament the top three finishers share their winning ways with the rest of the club; lures, colors, presentation and anything thing else relevent.

Our tournaments aren't dog eat dog, granted we do compete, they are a club event.

All of the members are more than happy to share tips and help each other become a better angler.

We fish more for "braggin rights" than anything  else. Plaques, awards, and prize monies are given away and the end of the year Christmas party.

Through out the summer, Apr - Oct, we get together and fish one Tournament a month.

If you are interested drop us and e-mail and we'll get back to you.
